Skilled labor shortages and inflation has caused construction supply costs to soar, making it 5x more expensive and much longer to build. Beautiful modern aesthetic design with smart home features make aCueva minimalist living an art form without compromising luxury.

Just a few months from the time you approve your model and custom design, your aCueva arrives pre-built, ready to hook up to your utilities. Kitchen, bathroom, cabinets, lighting, doors, glass, and floors are all installed at the factory. Avoid months of traditional building delays and noisy construction on your property.

  • Traditional construction involves unknown expenses, hidden fees, unexpected extra costs, and unreliable expensive labor. aCueva gives you an up-front cost so you can plan your budget. You to select your aCueva model, floor plan, interior design, exterior color, foundation compatibility, and delivery address. aCueva provides you a final price for your dwelling, shipping and delivery.

  • Estimate: Customer’s pre-order estimate based on selected floor plan model plus any add-ons.

    Invoice: ACUEVA provides invoice to customer.

    Payment: Customer pays 50% deposit to begin manufacturing, 50% balance due prior to shipment.

    Order Approval: Customer approves engineering plans, renderings and factory begins 60-90 day production

    Prepare Your Delivery Site: Customer is responsible for level foundation, permits and utilities

    Shipping: See below Delivery: Customer schedules crane/forklift crew to unload/install on foundation

    Connect: Local contractor connects water, electric, sewer/septic

  • Every property is different so you’ll need to prepare your foundation. aCueva is adaptable to your foundation needs, whether it’s Permanent (Concrete, piers, permanently installed in the ground), Temporary Portable (Placed on a deck platform, can be moved if needed with lifting hooks), Mobile (Requires chassis with wheels). While your aCueva is being built in the factory, you will work with a local contractor to prepare your foundation and utilities.

  • Once your aCueva is completely built in the factory, it is carefully packaged and wrapped, loaded onto a truck for transportation, and delivered to your location. It is removed from the truck with a crane and placed on your prepared foundation. Your local plumber and electrician will connect your utilities.

Prepare Your Foundation

Every property is unique so you’ll need to prepare your foundation according to your needs. While your aCueva is being built in the factory, you will work with a local contractor to prepare your foundation and utilities. aCueva is adaptable to your foundation requirements:

  • Permanent (Concrete, piers, permanently installed in the ground)

  • Temporary Portable (Placed on a deck platform, can be moved if needed with lifting hooks)

  • Mobile (Requires chassis with wheels).

Delivery & Installation

Once your aCueva is completely built in the factory, it is carefully packaged and wrapped, loaded onto a truck for transportation, and delivered to your location. It is removed from the truck with a crane and placed on your prepared foundation.
